Magnesium question

Has anyone been taking Magnesium L-Threonate? I have been taking it for the past couple of days, before bed, and I feel like it works better than melatonin. That is not why I started taking it, but it seems to be a good benefit. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Co-incidentally i too started taking it 2 days ago. Too early to tell the benefit (muscle stiffness for me). I swapped from Glycinate because apparently Threonate "crosses the blood brain barrier".

@RC83 that's also why I started taking it. In hopes to improve my walking mobility and hand mobility. I'll keep you posted.
