Cold v. Hot

Hello everyone! Lets talk! I have seen people say that either heat or cold cause their symptoms to flare up. For me, heat is the absolute worse. Which is worse for you and why?

For me the heat was making the pain so much worse. Now this year the cold is making my body stiff,my bones feel chillingly cold but my body is so hot the thought of putting the heating on is terrible.Id happily go back to the heat making it worse haha
