Have you tried snacking on slow release energy foods throughout the day? Like nuts? I found that when I wasn't snacking, my energy levels dropped so low and the fatigue was overwhelming. But when I started eating a handful of nuts every couple of hours, my blood sugar didn't drop really low before lunch and peak so high afterwards. It's really made a difference to me. Might be worth a try? Good luck!
Good question. They say they do here but they don't get it really!! I try to get alot of work done in the mornings when i feel more alive!!
