@Hi everyone. My JCV antibody index was 0.48, but the test was done last summer, about a year ago. I didn’t start Tysabri then and was on Avonex for about 8 months. Now I’m switching to Tysabri after a new MRI.Did anyone have to repeat their JCV test before their first Tysabri infusion if the previous result was around a year old? Or did your neurologist use the older result and repeat it later?I’m wondering whether I should ask to repeat the JCV test before starting Tysabri.
