@I have what can only be called excruciating pain in my shoulder bicep and forearm that just comes on suddenly with no notice and I lose use of my right arm, my dominant hand and I am an artist. Anyone experience this perhaps it isn't a MS?. Your thoughts please I feel rather desperate on Shift.ms

If I had to guess either way my money would be on a trapped nerve in your neck or upper back causing this as opposed to Ms. You could consider an Osteopath if your Ms nurse isn't conclusive.
