Being forced to switch from Ocrevus to Briumvi on NHS?

Is anyone here in the same situation? My MS nurse says I have to switch from Ocrevus (on which I’m stable - touch wood) to Briumvi. No clinical reason - just says that the NHS now demands patients have Briumvi instead. Has anyone managed to push back on this if they didn’t want to swap? I don’t want to switch if I don’t have to.

Wow ! I wonder why the switch ? I love my OCREVUS hoping I won’t have to switch but the other may be ok too. Hopefully it will help as good for you .

They haven’t explained it but I think it’s solely because it’s cheaper - cheaper drug and the infusion takes less hospital time. I know the NHS is under resourced. It’s just scary to be forced to move to a new drug that has less clear clinical data when you’re happy and stable on Ocrevus. But would be interested to hear the experiences of anyone who’s already on Briumvi.
