@I was diagnosed in January 2025- i had numbness and tingling of my lower body. When i was in the hospital the MRI showed lesions on my brain and in my thoracic. I had one round of ocrevus in March. Just had a 6 month follow up MRI which stated lesions were still on my brain but have resolved in my thoracic with no signs of demylenating disease as it reads on MyChart. I don’t see my neuro until Aug7 but i was wondering if anyone has had similar where the lesion is gone now and no signs of disease in my thoracic on Shift.ms

Good morning. With modern drugs like yours it's very common to have no new activity between MRIs. However I believe it's quite rare, but not unheard of, for a lesion to disappear completely. It maybe the radiologist was talking about active lesions which have resolved which is to be expected.

My neologist has told me the same lesions dont ever go away they get better and u stop getting new ones. When I was diagnosed I had lesions on my brain with my treatment I have gotten better and no new lesions. Some of my systems disappeard. But one of my symptoms led to foot drop.
