Hi just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, I have been having MS hugs, not sure why they are called hugs as hugs are nice MS hugs are far from nice, anyhow i have had them for months now some worse than others, I have had them at home and out and about, however not as bad as this last one I was travelling at 76mph on the Mway and had a really bad one,I could not pull over or off the Mway and I just wanted to curl up. It eventually passed after 10mins but it seemed like a lifetime. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and is there a way to ease the pain, thankyou

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing those - they do suck. Idefinitely have literally felt your pain. A few times they were bad enough to cause me to throw up. Usually a muscle relaxer helps ease the spasms, but it’s kinda a trade off because I feel sleepy on them.

Im newly diagnosed. But that pain sounds familiar. It definitely isn't a hug. Im sorry you had to go through this.
