Last time I flew I got a relaspe after a short flight from Texas to Florida, I found out I didn’t walk enough during the flight per my neurologist

Personally I can't see a flight causing a relapse and overcoming a high efficacy drug that you have been on for six and a half years. It's probably a flare-up due to changes in pressure maybe the plain flew at a higher altitude than ones you have been on in the past.
