MS and exercise
My hands go numb and tingly every time I exercise. Does this happen to other people?

Yes ma'am, absolutely 💯💖 It's all normal and nothing wrong with you. Please never put yourself down because it will NEVER BE YOUR FAULT 💗🙏
Something I do and it may not be ideal for everyone. But I have a heavy kettlebell. I just pick it up and hold on until I feel like I'm close to dropping it. My left arm is week amd it has definitely improved my grip . I also just carry it some time to different rooms and I make sure I keep my posture good. Any simple thing you can find that can be modified to your own needs is gonna give some benefits. The numbness and tingling sucks either way, sorry ur dealing with that.
