How to improve weakness
I am finding I am just so weak even after doing physio trying to eat good and everything and physically weakness everywhere. How can I help that? What can I take? Feel I’m just deteriorated.

I'm the same. I have found seated yoga & pilates are really good for improving core strength & balance but in a gentle way. Unfortunately it's just something MS is good at! It's so frustrating.
I usually feel extremely tired too. What has helped is eat 3 fruits a day, a loooot of water and green tea which keeps you energised without feeling anxious
