Lucky me, was trying to avoid but doctors insist on it, anyone here refused one? Scared badly, should never of researched it 😩

You'll be fine. Take some full fat coke to drink afterwards and rest for 30 minutes
Try not to be scared. Tell the person doing the lumbar puncture you are nervous about it & they will help you. Make sure to drink plenty of water before & after as it helps to stop headaches which you can sometimes get and lie down flat for a couple of hours at least.
