Yep, I have an injection every three months. Apparantly my levels were really low, just something else to add the wonders of MS 🤬🤪
I used to take the dissolvable tablet because I heard that Vitamin B12 helped with fatigue in MS patients. I didn't have low B12, but I was fatigued. The only thing it did for me was raise my B12 levels to a height that my doctor said that I should stop taking it. It didn't help my fatigue either. So, it wasn't helpful for me, and I did stop taking it. My levels have dropped back down to where my doctor is comfortable, and I don't feel any different than when I was taking it.
