You need to figure out your limits, only you will know when enough is enough. If it makes you very fatigued or gives you muscle cramps, then you over did it a bit. And as with any exercise, more is better as long as you can do it safely and without burning yourself out. If you keep at it, it also eventually helps with the fatigue.
@Knuckles1980 can you eventually do more than what you start with?
