Pilates
So I’ve never done this before, I only do physio but I’m at the stage where I don’t think it’s making a noticeable difference so do you recommend doing Pilate?

I’ve just started in the last few weeks with reformer but doing a few things at home too. Can’t tell yet but I’d say any exercise is good. I think it’ll help my core strength and balance in the long run
I do it approx once a fortnight. I don't think I'll ever know whether it helps. But i dont think its doing any harm.
