I’m 45 yrs old in the middle of a separation divorce. I have two boys I like to go to the gym and I like to be as positive as possible.
Why not, and we are the same age, sex + country of residence so thats a bonus. What fitness/sport do you do? I do short distance walks+ bike rides, Bodypump, Yoga, pilates, Resistance and Core-fit.
