Positive leading life stil

Is there anyone who is still living a normal life since being dignosed like nothing being affected or altered that much? I know everyone is different but I don’t see many positive outcomes or stories Hope everyone is doing great 😊
@Laure

That is not true , it is an adjustment, I work full time and I study part time and I volunteer and I have kids , meaning I have to cook after work, it is not easy. It is a life where I first change my diet to avoid stupid symptoms, I take many supplements every day, I exercise and meditate and dmt . Without all of that I won’t be able to make it. It is an adjustment every day

My MS symptoms impact my life daily but I have a new normal now. I wouldn’t say having MS has over all been negative. I used to work way too much and had high stress roles. I still work but now my priority is my health and having MS has actually led to new career paths. It’s shifted some friendships and made clear who in my life is truly supportive and that has actually been a really positive thing. Having MS has made me more empathetic and understanding. There are things I miss doing but I am so much more present and grateful for what I can do. I don’t sweat the small stuff and am much more chill than I ever was previously. I guess it’s all how you look at things.
