I’ve been in contact with someone who was just diagnosed with whooping cough. My doctor is recommending that I take Zithromax to prevent infection. I was just curious about other’s thoughts on this and experience with taking a z-pack while on a dmt. I have been vaccinated against pertussis. Is the z pack necessary? I certainly don’t want to make my immune system even more compromised if it’s not needed.
