I went to an amazing outdoor festival yesterday. Live music, vendors good food. Unfortunately it was so hot. I had my ice packs and water but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. I had a great time but paid for it. So dizzy and disoriented I hate the feeling of being out of control. Today I’m still a bit weird but slowly getting better.
