I’m having a bad day. Thankfully it’s almost over. I fell thankfully it was inside the house. my knee gave out and I went down. I’ll be fine just some bruises but these are the times when I wish I had somebody here that would help me. When I have these episodes I get extra emotional and just need a hug. Hopefully a good night sleep, and I’ll wake up in a better way tomorrow
