i got the second half of my ocrevus infusion done on the 6th
and i’m dealing with a lot of throat tightness. is that common?

I would take some Benadryl and let your doctor know. Yes that can be a side effect. Some people have an allergic reaction. I have not experienced that but each person is different.
No if your have anything like that let your neurologist know immediately, Benadryl should help though
