Stupid question
How do you get your brain to slow down and match your body’s energy? My mind won’t slow down and keeps telling me I need to be up doing something and my body says “what where you thinking “ so frustrating.

I am trying to learn to pace but it’s not my normal style and I struggle with it.
I use to struggle with that myself,..ugh.. But,..I started drinking 1 cup of tumeric tea a day, and honey, it does wonders for me! I also printed out a daily chore schedule to follow, it helps me stay more focused. ☺️
