(Edited to add: I had spinal tap few weeks ago and it came back positive for OCBs) I finally had my MRI for the brain and C spine (T spine is scheduled for next week). I read the report this morning, I haven’t spoken with my doctor yet, but they found lesions on both my brain and C spine that indicate MS. From what I understand, there’s one active lesion and the rest aren’t active. Honestly, while it sucks, I’m also relieved it’s not a brain tumor or something more serious. I’ve had symptoms for years, and so many doctors have dismissed them as “normal” when deep down I knew something wasn’t right. So yes, I’m having that “I told you so” moment right now. I haven’t shared this with anyone yet, mainly because I’m waiting until I talk with my doctor… but I wanted to share it here because I know you’ll understand. 🤍
