Is my new neurologist a miracle worker?

I was initially diagnosed with very active RRMS in 2018. I was given an EDSS of 4.5. As I understand it, I am unlikely to recover any disability sustained over the 17 years since CIS in ‘01. I then had a different neurologist, and as if by magic, my EDSS has now dropped to 3.5. Excellent news, right? Yet I get the feeling that the neuro either doesn’t believe me, or thinks I’m not trying hard enough to walk properly. Perhaps the first neurologist that diagnosed me properly got it wrong? But it’s a pretty big drop..? Has anyone else had a reduction in EDSS?
