Personal trainer
Does anybody have a personal trainer for fitness/weight loss? I’m not sure if it would be suitable to sign up with a regular personal trainer or whether I should be looking for one with experience around MS / chronic illness etc?

I know a few PTs and people who use them. They mainly train people in respect of muscle mass / strength. I've never known anybody hire one for weight loss as walking, cycling and running can be done without a PT if your well enough and a neurophysio can help if you're not.
@RC83 it’s more for general health and fitness I suppose, as well as becoming more gym confident, but I think I’m after the accountability more than anything! I’ve been looking at exercise groups but I think that scares me a bit
