Where do I begin?

I had a clinically isolate episode as a teenager, confirmed by a lumbar puncture and MRI, neurologist said 'if this comes back it's MS'. The odds are 60-86% following the CIE that I will get MS in my lifetime, depending on what study you read. I've had cramps and spasms and muscle tension moving around my legs for 7 months now, in my arms a bit too. Walking is hard, some loss of strength and muscle mass. Losing weight too. It fluctuates, had some great days and some horrendous ones in the lats month. Blood work excellent, no inflammation (although it was super high six months ago), no deficiencies or mineral imbalances, no endocrine issues. I've finally gotten a neurology referral but it's a 12 month wait in Scotland, trying to find out what I can to look after myself in the meantime, spam me with what you think I should know.
