Vitamin D

Is anyone else taking Vitamin D and was told by your doctor that you would be on it for the rest of your life?

Have been taken it for 10 months now and am still severely under... Apparently vitamin D deficiency aggravates neurological and immune problems...

@jona my levels are normal but I was on it before my diagnosis. My gynecologist is the one who put me on it, I’m glad she tested for it. She gave me a head start to this journey because my neurologist says he’s going to keep me on it for life.
