Rant time

Where do I start. I work 3 days a week. 7am to 3pm. I stand all day packing veg in a packhouse. I'm the only one with a 'health condition'. We have stools to sit on because I asked for one as my legs are in constant pain. If it's not my legs, it's my hips. The pain is that bad that sometimes i could cry. There are two foreign girls. One has just got pregnant and the other, nothing wrong with her at all. All they do is sit all day where as me, even though I'm in pain I just get on with it. We start at 7am and today they were sitting down at 7.30am. It annoys me to death. The one moans even if I finish 1 minute before 3pm. If I go get a stool to sit, the looks they give me. When I finish at 3pm, they look annoyed because they're there after I finish. Christ sake. One of these days I will lose my temper. I didn't ask for this disease. Am I right for getting annoyed when all they do is sit and I'm the one in pain but rarely do sit down. Annoyed isn't the word. I'm fuming!!

I hear what you're saying. If you feel like these women are being hostile towards you, speak with HR or your manager. Explain the situation to them & ask for another stool to be purchased so there's one available for you. Could these women be moved somewhere away from you to another department or area, maybe? You could confront the women to see why they're bullying you, but that usually doesn't go over the way it should. I wish you the best in getting this resolved.

@BogWytch we haven't even got a hr department. When I was diagnosed they asked If I would get better. None of them has a clue what ms is because apparently they've never had anyone work there with a health condition before. It's laughable. If I went to speak to a manager, they would take their side. It's not just that. Us English gets treated differently to the foreigners. We're not allowed to book holidays when someone is off but they are. We're not allowed to wear jewellery but they do. We're not allowed to talk but they're allowed to stand around and talk but nothing gets said to them. I'm very frustrated. One day I will blow my top
