Help deciding which DMT

Hello! I am new here. I got diagnosed with MS two days ago and just taking it all in. It’s very overwhelming and emotional. I am in the process of learning everything I can about this disease as 3 months ago (before my first symptoms/flare) I didn’t even know what MS was really! I have been given 3 options for DMT and they are hoping to get me on them in the next month, once I’ve had all my vaccines etc. and honestly I just have no idea which one to go with… these are the options: Kesimpta, Ocrevus and Briumvi. Which one would you recommended? What is your experience with these DMTs? Thank you x

Good morning you're extremely lucky to have had such a prompt diagnosis and an MS team who are able to get you onto a drug quickly. There isn't a recommended best drug for rms. They all have that pros and cons. For the patient it's about choosing one with the best efficacy to tolerability ratio. You have been offered three very potent modern drugs which all carry relatively high risk of increasing infections as side effects compared to other available drugs. Going by my personal experience and what I've heard on this app out of the three I would go with Kesimpta if I were in your shoes because I started taking it three months ago and have had next to no side effects and I've heard stories about people having severe infusion reactions to the other two you mentioned.
