What helps with the extreme fatigue?

I speak for myself but cold does. I have an ice vest and if I get too warm, I have a wet towel in the freezer to put on my head and it gives me another jump to continue doing what I do.

I take breaks when I’m doing something like cleaning or cooking I take a lot of breaks and I have learned to ask my family for help.
