I keep myself moving, as much exersice as I can manage. I swim a lot. Also take vitamin d and b 12, zinc to help with my sleep. Sleep helps. I have just got a prescription for medical cannabis this ses to be helping coping with my residual symptoms. I am on meds but also there is a lot you can do for yourself. Even if you can exercise that well a little is better than none.
ok thanks. I was diagnosed in December it got really bad for me when I did snow removal for my job. I could no longer stand. I am definitely a cannabis user only way I can sleep
