Hi this is just for anyone thinking of doing the London marathon

Hey you get blisters because your shoes become loose and they rub, so loosening and retightening Of your shoes at least once or twice will limit blisters. So just a 10 second pause retightening your shoes will give you days of relief. Good luck x sorry this is not just for people doing the marathon. It’s for anyone doing long distance jogging or walking.
