Heat intolerance symptoms
Hi! Recently when ive been outside (NW OH) and its been hot and muggy I get sick. I get very sweaty, nauseous, puke, and have a hard time breathing. When this has happened, it feels like my soul is getting sucked out of my body lol. Anyone else??? What heat symptoms do you have?
Heat and cold are both terrible on the MS nervous systems.
I hide inside in the ac. I sweat like a greased pig in any bit of heat lkke even 50-60f. Today on Amazon got some cooling blankets bc overnight half my body sweats bad 1 quarter stays normal and knees down freeze no matter the temp as my body can’t regulate temperature anymore. Ever night feels like my knees down are in an ice bath knees to stomach feels like gates of hell hot stomach to cheat normal chest and head gates of hell again. Hoping the cooling blanket stops me from being on the gates of hell I’ll use 2 blankets if I gotta normal for bottom of legs and the cooling one for rest but gotta wait till next week till it arrives to know how well it will work out of if was just a waste of 50$ lol
