Does anyone else have children? I feel so guilty when having a relapse (current situation today) my son has complex needs (1 year old) and I also have a 6 year old daughter. I can’t seem to do my usual activities with them, just them moving around in front of me sends me really dizzy but I don’t want to leave them out. Feeling pretty rubbish ☹️
