Hey there, I do. I haven't worked out if it's a symptom or consequence of the way I am forced to walk. Back pain of any flavour is horrible, I hope it passes

@BarryN I wondered this at first but it's not a daylie pain it just comes on at night mostly but it feels live someone punched through my chest and grabs my spine and just manipulates and strangles it. I writhe around in pain doing anything to just try and alleviate the pain but it's hopeless nothing stops it. I've been to a&e thinking it was a heart attack, they thought i might have clots on my lungs at one point. I was delirious from the pain. happens so often I went to a&e twice now I just ride it out because they cant/won't help me
