Sepsis and hospital visits

Hey yall - I wanted to ask if any of you can relate. I have been admitted to the hospital in my town 4 times in 6 months - all the times are for sepsis and it truly scares me. I have lost 30lbs I didn’t intentionally do, so of course my doctors are concerned. Anyone have any thoughts on things I can do to quit getting infections?!

The only things I know of is washing your hands regularly and treating any wounds quickly. 4 times in 6 months that is rough. I pray you recover quickly.

@Steve5 - I wash my hands constantly and if I go to Walmart or something I wash them as soon as I get back. Everything is bc of my digestive tract and my kidneys…every single time bc my nerves are shot in my abdomen.
