Just been refused PIP - medical evidence was ignored

I’ve been refused PIP on every single level. The application process in itself was totally exhausting, and I don’t know if I have the energy now to fight the incorrect, discriminatory decision. All they gave me is 2 points for something. Zero points in every single other thing, which is BS considering all of the 70+ pages of medical evidence I had enclosed. The reasons they gave on the decision summary was also BS and much of it shows me that nobody has read my medical evidence. They also said: “There is no evidence of any diagnosed cognitive, visual or intellectual impairment”. So my diagnosis of MS and and all of my neurology and MS nursing team reports about my cognitive issues are fictional then?! All of my medical reports from my neurologist and other health professionals were there. Does nobody even read them? I also enclosed evidence of my eye issues where brightness impairs me as well as when MS causes ocular migraines and visual issues. I just despair, and I’ve been crying over the blatant unfairness of it. :( I don’t know if I have the confidence now to deal with them again on my own. I have no idea where to start. Do I call for a mandatory reconsideration and then request some kind of full report to see what the assessor wrote and compare it to the voice recording? Do I get another stressful phone call? Do I need to gather even more evidence to make what was already clear even MORE clear to them?

@Markymk

I was refused on my application and now the mandatory reconsideration so tribunal time as the mandatory reconsideration desision was just a load of words that didn’t mean anything and they didn’t address my letters from the doctor, ms nurse and neurology! Apparently the tribunal can take upto a year tho wish you the best. X
