Hey, has anyone experienced a really early period (or early ‘withdrawal bleed, if on HRT) after the first round of an anti-CD20 therapy? I’m bleeding a whole week early, and this is unusual because my cycle is always fairly regular. The only thing that’s been different in my life is the infusion of Briumvi that I had a week and a half ago. I saw a brief mention when I googled that anti-CD20 therapies can affect a menstrual cycle, but it was one of those unreliable AI summaries and I didn’t find much supporting evidence to back that up. So I’m looking for other people’s personal experiences with this.
