I was diagnosed in March of 2025 and recently started kesimpta. Have had symptoms since 2021 but was misdiagnosed. My most recent symptom are intense muscle spasms in my neck especially at night. Following a terrible dizzy/vertigo spell that had me walking with a cane, I’m have constant pain behind my ear and extreme spasticity in my neck. Does anyone share or have any recommendations for this?
