What seems to be the best treatment?

I'm newly diagnosed and am in the choose a treatment stage. Reading the side effects bother my anxiety.

I am on Ocrevus and it has worked well for me. The infusion is once every 6 months. I have had no side effects to date and no progression. Everyone responds differently to treatment. You may have to try a few to find the right fit for you.

OK thanks. Ironically that's the one I was leaning towards. Mine is pretty progressed, I guess you could call it. It's to the point that I can't jump, run and on some days, barely walk.
