It's hot out!!!

Well I'm in the northeast in the states and summer has officially showed themselves!!! 91 degrees and counting šŸ„¹šŸ„¹šŸ˜¢šŸ˜¢šŸ˜¢šŸ˜¢ I'm staying indoors as much as possible . Any recommendations on how to stay cool besides isolated inside ?

Iā€™m in a region with prolonged triple digit heat. I use a cooling vest that I got from the MS Society and stay inside as much as possible. Staying very hydrated also helps, I use electrolyte drops in my water.

@chefmyerlemon I always have a water bottle with me . I heard about the cooling vest I definitely will look into that. My 10 yr old is going to want to do things this summer and I'm not sure how to manage the heat. I always hated heat but last summer it was so bad and now this year looks like it will be another hot one.
