The Benefits of comsuming Flaxseed Oil.

I was diagnosed with MS on 2/13/2026 and I have been doing a ton of research to help my body fight it. Has anyone heard about all of the benefits of consuming Flaxseed Oil?
Well, please let me tell you…
I am not a doctor/dietitian or a scientist.
- Studies show that people with MS who consume flaxseed oil every day reduces their relapse rates 50 - 60%
- flaxseed oil has a high ALA (plant based) Omega-3 fatty acid content which helps maintain, protect and potentially repair the myelin sheath. (Which is the nerve coating damaged from MS)
- This oil helps reduce inflammation and modulate the immune system which slows down the progression of MS.
Recommended daily 2- 4 tablespoons in cold foods/drinks like smoothies or yogurt.

I put 2 tablespoons in my smoothie every day with frozen blueberries, frozen peaches, vanilla extract, almond milk and it disguises the flavor of the flaxseed oil perfect!
Chia seed are good to ya know. Put in your drink and they go like frog spawn 😂
