You just woke up naps
I get up in the morning well rested and ready to take on the day. Have coffee and catch up on the news and stuff. Nothing requiring much thinking.
Then it suddenly hits me. I need to go back to bed. I am extremely tired. Fatigue crept in like thick fog in a cold morning and everything seems to be in slow motion. I can’t sit anymore, I need to lie down and perhaps take a “you just woke up nap”.
Does this happen to anyone else?
How do you all fix it?
PS: no, I don’t suffer from apnea

Of course fatigue and extreme fatigue are right up there with our top invisible symptoms .
