Not everything is MS?
I had a pounding headache for days, it got worse every day. At first I was afraid, I was petrified thinking it was my blood pressure but I checked it several times a day and it was fine. Headache got worse.
Then I just said to myself, this is just another MS headache and it too shall pass… but it didn’t. Pain killers did not help. Headache got worse.
I decided to stay indoors, cool AC, drink plenty fluids, eat well, chilax a little. Maybe the heat was getting to me. Headache got worse.
I was on a work call and just could not focus. Pain was unbearable. I wanted someone to just cut my head off. Headache got worse.
So I decided it was time to drive myself to the emergency room to get checked out, perhaps get another MRI to see what’s going on with my scars, flares, moon landing craters and everything MS related.
Several hours and a MRI later…. While waiting for results in waiting room and watching people come in gushing blood and missing limbs, a team of white coats and blue scrubs were rushing my way. I thought they were coming for the 90 year old dude next to me that looked like he died last year but nobody told him… they were coming for me.
Turned out I had a brain bleed that needed to be operated and stopped right away so they were rushing me to the operating room.
They fixed me up with modern medicine and now I have a story to tell.
My lesson learned: not everything is MS. Get checked out and don’t ignore your body’s symptoms thinking they will go away after a “flare” passes.
Not everything is MS and some stuff can kill you if you don’t take care of it urgently. I was lucky 🍀

My neurologist always tells me that. Not everything is ms. Thank god u went
