Cognitive fog help
Hello everyone, ive been having suffering from mild cognitive fog for a couple of years now not knowing what was causing it and blaming it on university ect. Ive been diagnosed with MS this year which is making me think it was probably due to this. Recently it has gotten much worse. All of my sentences come out jumbled and messy when having conversations, which can get really embarrasing. I am much slower at processing what people are telling me in conversations and it also takes a long time for me to learn new things. My memory has gotten bad too, to the point where I’m forgetting names and the spelling of common words. This honestly feels like a fog machine has taken over my brain and im not able to find words, thoughts, memories in it. I’m 23 and started uni again, so maybe its related to stress and changes in sleep. I was hoping to see if anyone was/is facing similar symptoms and if there is any way I can improve it. This has really been difficult, so any advice will help <3.
First of all find splina online and start using it to dexintoxicate yourself. Secondly stay away from dairy completely, processed foods and find online supplements called extra strength brain focus, it will help you for the brain. Dexintoxicating is crucial because there is connection between your brain and your gut. Health gut means healthy brain. Finally finding online the book healing Ms written by Ann borroch and read part 3 and 4 and follow instructions in the book. Part 3 tells you what to avoid when you have Ms and what to eat when you have Ms. I have used it at the beginning and it was good, currently I am using wahls protocol and it is one of the best book for Ms but it’s over 500 pages. But with fatigue I don’t know if you will be able to handle that book, so that why I said to use healing Ms because you just need to read part 3 and 4. Once you start using one of the book and dexintoxicate yourself you will feel better. Right now I work full time and I take evening courses and I have 2 courses on evening. That means you can have Ms and still being able to do what you use to do in the past. But you must change diet and follow instructions in one of the book. Please fight the battle properly , don’t let stupid desease to destroy your life. That is all I can tell you.
