I suffer everyday from brain fog. My neurologist prescribed Adderall and it just makes it worse. I’m curious to know if this helps anyone else.
I have found Lion’s Mane from Real Mushrooms to be really helpful with brain fog. I also try to keep my mind engaged and practice Spanish every day on a language app. And I try to make sure i’m reading daily.
