Anyone has feedback on stem cell thingi?

Hello, I have been reading in multiple places about the stem cell treatment for MS. Just wanted to know is any of you know have any personal experience with Stem Cell Treatment, effectiveness , costs or anything related. Please share :)

Caroline Wyatt the BBC reporter is in Mexico at the moment having stem cell treatment for MS. She has funded it herself as for reasons I don't understand she didn't appear to qualify for it in the UK. I don't know what the criteria are for NHS treatment, She is writing a fascinating account of her experience.
