Stiffness after Kesimpta?

Does anyone get stiffness after taking Kesimpta? I had mine last week and I've woke up stiff and sore each morning afterwards..Do I need to drink more fluids? Does anyone else get this?

Not all over, but I have pain & tightness in my lower back & hips the day after injecting.

I don’t usually get stiffness but I do have more fatigue then usual the next day. But back to “normal” after that. I usually make sure I’m well hydrated and I take an anti inflammatory a little before my shot.
