Wahls Protocol?

I’m new to everything. Diagnosed but waiting for drug pathway. Leapt in to the Wahls protocol diet after reading about it in hospital. Anyone else on it?

hi and welcome. i looked at the wahls protocol but decided, for me, it would be unsustainable. how are you getting on with it?

I am using it but it is not easy, so it is not for everybody. Before wahls, I used other Ms diets. It depends on the issue or struggles you are facing.they are many Ms diets online. Even if you don’t to use diet, in the wahls protocol go to page 173, and look at the forbidden foods and avoid them.
