Before getting diagnosed with MS on 25th of April, 2026, i had no symptoms other than that last Optic neuritis attack and a little Shortness of breath that i had developed a year and a half earlier than that (i had an optic neuritis attack a year before my diagnosis also, but very mild that i treated it as something normal).

After my Diagnosis, i took 5 Grams of Methylprednisolone (i think i have somewhat 20 Lesions). Now, on 24th of Mat, i took my First Ocrelizumab Dose. But ever since, everytime i wake up from sleep, it is as if my hands and legs have worked out all the time, i have a severe fatigue. They get normal as i go through the day. I went back and did anither MRI Scan before a month to see if i have any new lesions, and no new lesion was found.
